1. Nature of Service
This platform provides access to business systems on a lease/subscription basis. Users are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use the software during an active subscription period.
The software is not sold. It is licensed for use. The platform owner retains full ownership of the software architecture, system infrastructure, core logic, templates, deployment structure, and app framework at all times.
2. User Eligibility
By using this platform, you confirm that:
- You are legally able to enter into binding agreements
- You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
- You will use the system for lawful purposes only
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities conducted under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
The platform is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence or failure to secure account credentials.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Access Requirement
Access to all business systems requires a valid, active payment or admin-approved access grant. No verified payment or admin approval means no access — this rule is enforced at the server level.
Billing Cycles
Subscription plans may be monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom as configured per app. Pricing is shown before purchase. All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods including card payments, bank transfer, mobile money, and crypto (USDT TRC20). Manual payment methods require admin approval before access is granted.
5. Lease Structure
You are leasing access to the system, not purchasing permanent ownership. The platform owner retains full ownership of:
- Software architecture and codebase
- System infrastructure and servers
- Core logic and processing framework
- Templates, UI components, and design system
- Deployment structure and CI/CD pipeline
- API integrations and third-party configurations
Your business data — customers, transactions, and operational records — remains yours during the active lease period, subject to the Privacy Policy and data retention rules.
6. Service Access Lifecycle
Upon non-payment or subscription lapse, the following lifecycle applies:
Active
Subscription paid. Full access to all features.
Grace Period
Subscription expired. Access maintained for up to 30 days. Renewal warnings shown.
Restricted Mode
Grace period ended. Login only to renew, export data, or contact support. Business operations suspended.
Offboarding Period
Data export available, account closure supported. 30–60 days.
Reclaimable / Reclaimed
Access disabled. Platform may reclaim the software instance. Data archived per policy.
7. System Reclaim
If a subscription remains unpaid after all grace and offboarding periods have elapsed, the platform reserves the right to reclaim the software instance. Reclaim means:
- Tenant access is disabled at the infrastructure level
- The domain/app route may be reassigned, archived, or reset
- Tenant data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and retention schedule
- The software license slot is returned to platform inventory
Reclaim is performed at the control-plane level without accessing private tenant data, except as permitted by agreement or required by law.
8. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the system
- Attempt to bypass security, authentication, or access controls
- Use the system for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
- Interfere with platform operations or infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without permission
- Submit false payment references or fraudulent proof
Violation of any conduct rule may lead to immediate suspension or legal action.
9. Platform Rights
The platform reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue features
- Update systems, infrastructure, and integrations
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Enforce security and compliance measures at any time
- Change pricing with reasonable advance notice
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for:
- Business losses, lost profits, or lost revenue
- User errors or poor business decisions
- External service failures (payment providers, internet, etc.)
- Data loss caused by user actions
- Interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
Use of the platform is at your own risk. The software supports operations — it does not guarantee outcomes.
11. Termination
Your access may be terminated:
- For non-payment following all grace and offboarding periods
- For violation of these Terms
- At your own request through the offboarding process
- Immediately for fraud, abuse, or security breach
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the operating jurisdiction. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for any disputes arising from this agreement.
By using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
